Romania S.R.L. was established in June 2000 by a German

standard software manufacturer

. That company

outsourced

part of the

software development

for its commercial solutions to Romania. In 2002 the company was acquired by the current owner

Daniel Metz

through a

management buy-out

.

Romanian market

is successful in the development and commercialisation of its

ERP system Clarvision

. More than 150 industrial customers have implemented

Clarvision

to control the

financial, personnel, and production processes

market by a clear customer focus and a precise market positioning.

The second strategic orientation relates to the

software life cycle

and provision of services for it, ranging from

analysis, development, implementation and maintenance

of a software product up to various

In July 2009, EBS has been included in the

Program Value Added Reseller of SAP
