- Customer Care (Callcentre)
- Computer Centre Operation
- HR/Personnel
- Financial and Accounting/Bookkeeping
BPO is very well suited if the implementation of the tasks has no specific requirements for the work environment. The work contents are easy to transition (i.e. train & transfer) and highly repetitive. The volume of the work is large and must be provided either regularly or - for the project character - in short order. For the implementation a particularly skilled (and thus expensive) IT staff is not required, semi-skilled personnel can be rather used. The cost benefits of the offshore area are therefore much higher. More flexible working hours and a short reaction time may be other good arguments for such a step.
