Infrastructure
EBS applys only the most modern technology and infrastructure.
All major international providers of data lines are present in Cluj. Depending on the requirements there are different technologies and data transfer
capacities available (ranging from 1 MB to 30 MB of bandwidth). EBS uses for the connection to its customers as well as for its own purposes data
lines that are based on frame relay or VPN.
The building infrastructure of EBS meets the latest requirements. Network technology is provided by Cisco, Lucent, and 3com. Only servers of
well-known vendors (IBM, HP, etc.) are in use.
For handling around 30,000 service calls per month, there is a modern high-performance telephone system from Siemens available.
