EBS - Top Position among the 100 most attractive employers

The Romanian business newspaper "Capital" conducts a yearly survey in order to determine the 100 most attractive employers in Romania, by interviewing a number of 350 most prominent companies within different fields of business. EBS Romania, being a relatively young company, has found great pride in having been admitted for the first time into this study, among the leading national and multinational companies. Our enthusiasm was greater to acknowledge that not only did we qualify for the race, but have landed on the 22nd position among the 100 most attractive employers.

According to the result of the survey, our employees value most the professional working environment, made up of several constituents such as the high quality of the offices and working supplies, the effective project-management and the continuous efforts to help each employee in his or her individual quest for professional growth and development.

Customer satisfaction, company success and motivated employees who identify with the corporate culture have put the basis for present success. The position that we acknowledged among the 100 most attractive companies in Romania makes us pride, because it stands as a symbol for the fact that company goals translate our vision.
