EBS extends its portfolio of certificates with ITIL

As of May 2008 EBS has at it's disposal 10 employees holding ITIL-Certificates. The certification was granted according the IT Infrastructure Library model on foundation level. The employees belong to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division and enforce the offerings of ITIL-compliant services. Through this activity EBS emphasis again its dedication to certification - both on company and employee level.
