Because of extensive international experience of the EBS Management the company has been able to rapidly but focused development .The concentration on a single business field at first and a later expansion to a total of three business fields in 2003 are the results of careful market analyses and sense-making processes. EBS also realized from the beginning the potential of the Romanian labour force, in terms of quality and quantity. In Cluj-Napoca emerged an atmosphere of innovation and motivation, supported by national and local programs promoting economic development. EBS succeeded in bringing this spirit into the company and turned it into an essential component of its organizational culture.
Business units as profit centers
Each business unit of EBS is managed as an independent profit centre and contributes with a certain amount to the success of the business. Each contribution is planned in terms of business unit objectives, monetary or of other nature. The results of quarterly evaluations of business fields have significant influence on further development.
Generating financial reserves
A solid financial basis is the most essential condition to assure the further development of the company. It is a standard to achieve independence from external impacts. Financial reserves convey to the employees the feeling of a safe workplace. For this reason EBS gives high priority to the generation of financial reserves.
