Traditionally, Romania is a country with large multilingual circles of population. In Transylvania, besides English, many locals can speak German, French and Italian.
As a result of the intensive business relations with Germany the German language gained in importance at EBS. To bring forward the German language skills of the staff, EBS introduced an internal professional training system.
Most of the staff speaks fluently German. The others have basic knowledge of the German language. All of the employees know English very well.
